Meditation 1 - Opening to the Master Within

We live at an auspicious point for the evolution of human consciousness, facing the darkness that may seek for us to get lost, rather than the embracement of potential, or celebration. Speaking about the Kali Yuga age, Tony Samara explains that such energies can be transformed, and that actually we are birthing a new age, something unknown, right now. Have no expectations, simply have a sense of celebration that we are actualising the truth, and we are here for this very important reason, manifesting wisdom and knowledge as human beings, creating this potential in our human aspect. Tony also mentions the poetry of Rumi, that explains in a more abstract way, how to address what is being played out in our lives, as we face our needs and desires. Discover what the treasure is, and where the Divine is, in this Masters transmission.

Meditation 2 - Happiness is an Attitude

Tony Samara reminds us that external circumstances do not create our happiness, but an attitude of gratitude, and a consistent spiritual practice, contribute to a lasting sense of joyous wellbeing.  He explains about our character and our personality, and how we sometimes misunderstand such aspects of our being, due to genetic karma. The tension inside to ‘find something’ (most commonly happiness) brings into the character of who we are, and into our ways of thinking and feeling, a sense of negativity, as we are constantly disappointed that we don’t feel happy from material consumerism, or other societal manipulations of the mind. Guiding us to actively participate in our own experiences, Tony reminds us to embrace a sense of purpose, cultivate positive attributes and be happy.

Meditation 3 - Being Playful in Our Spiritual Practice

No matter how muddled, complicated, or difficult, things have been, don’t let the inner saboteur play the game of inertia, with mindsets of hopelessness. Don’t be a victim, rather be playful, be curious, and look beyond the automatic thoughts and perceptions. Tony Samara has some suggestions about being creative and playful during this time of transformation, and how to navigate through the old of yesterday, make conscious choices let go into the here and now, and be free. In a beautiful meditation we can assimilate the flow, and honour the miracle that is life.
