Energy, I mean, a very subtle energy, exists on many dimensions, and it is important that on these many dimensions, the energy flows.

This is especially important when it comes to what I call the luminosity within the energy, or the light body, which is very much connected to the physical manifestation of who you are. 

It is essential that this subtle energy moves and flows through the energy points in a way that's harmonious and nurturing, and in a way that helps to invite our state of well being and balance into the natural communication that's happening on these many dimensions.
