About this Course

Stress and anxiety have a big impact on individuals, thus affecting their ability to enjoy life. Regardless of its source, stress is stress, and by taking certain steps we are more easily able to let go of tension.

It is very common for stressful dynamics to exist within individuals and families and the potential of using breathing techniques not only nurtures all aspects of the human being but also changes the energy that creates stress.

Tony will be highlighting practical steps we can take every day to change the way we perceive the situations that are causing stress, inviting us to truly relax into a glorious state of wellbeing, that is our birthright.

Themes included in this course:

Stress, Mindfulness, and Transformation
