I wish to pay in instalments, how does it work?

When you select the option to pay in instalments please be aware that future instalments are debited automatically by the website, on the anniversary date of your first instalment. This means if you purchase the item on the 14th of May, your next instalment will be debited on the 14th of June. The website will try 3 times to debit you for each instalment until they are successful. If after 3 attempts, they are not successful, we will contact you with regards to making your future instalments. Flexibility with payment dates is not available as the system is fully automated. Thank you for your understanding.

I haven't received the recording yet?

The recordings are uploaded to the event listings on the website. This may take some hours to process and become available. Simply login to your Dashboard and click on the event in your list to find the recording. You can also check your Inbox to find the email that says the event has ended. Click on the View Webinar button, and it will lead you to the recording. Some recordings are longer than others and you may need to wait some minutes for it to load completely, so that you can listen to it. 

I have not received my automatic login email for Tony's webinar.

If this is the situation, please note that the Zoom logins can always be found in the Registration information located on the event page.

An Online Event or Product does not appear on my Dashboard/List of Products.

A common reason for this is that multiple email addresses have been used to register for the online events, or products. Try logging in with your different email addresses, to see if you find the missing event/product. If you still cannot find the event/product, please check any emails received from us about the event you are seeking to access. You can contact us so that we can offer assistance, however you may experience delays in receiving a reply.

I have entered the Zoom event, but I cannot hear Tony speaking.

When you login to the Zoom events, it is important to click the "Join Audio' button. Also, be aware that the Zoom room is always silent, until Tony Samara commences speaking. If you see that he has commenced speaking because his microphone is open and the recording button is flashing,  please check your device's volume control is set at the desired level. Thank you.

Where can I find the list of Detoxes

You can find the list of detoxes and session times on a designated page, which you will receive the link to in the retreat information once you register.

Is there simultaneous translation into Portuguese?

YES! :)

Is it possible to ask questions during the retreat?

Yes, Tony encourages asking questions at online retreats, just as you would ask questions at live retreats in the past. Just open the chat feature and ask. It is also possible to ask to speak the question, if it is easier for you to speak than to write it in English, and then you can get help from the translator with your questions.

Do people get together in groups, or participate in the retreats individually?

Most people are joining online from the comfort of their own homes. We have had many comments about the work being very profound, especially the energy transmission, especially when the initial resistances are transcended. Some may create a group, but these are up to the individuals concerned, and we are not aware of them, but are happy to know about them. :)

When will Tony return to Portugal, or anywhere, for live events?

It is possible that Tony may return to Portugal at the end of 2024, but nothing is certain, and it may be that he does not return for live events there.

How do I change my email address or password?

If you wish to change this it is possible to do so. In the far top right in the header you have a circle/image icon with down arrow. Click this icon. Select Settings. Here you can change how your name appears, your email address and your password.

How do I add a profile picture, or add/edit profile information?

In the far top right in the header you have a circle/image icon with down arrow. Click this icon. Select Settings. Here you can add an image and add bio information.

Who coordinates the transmissions?

We warmly invite you to explore the new Tony Samara website, as a lot of elements are now automated. It is Team Tony who coordinate the retreats, and all online events, meaning Tony and several others behind the scenes. :)

Can I send a direct message to Team Tony Samara?

It is as simple as clicking on the lower right hand Chat Icon (circle), and type your message. Please be aware that this is not a Live Chat function, and that our aim is to respond within 24-48 hours.

Is it possible to speak directly to Tony Samara?

Due to the quantity of emails received, Tony Samara is unable to respond personally to all. This is why Skype/Telegram/Zoom consultations were created, so that from the comfort of your own home, you are able to meet with Tony for durations of 30 or 60 minutes. (NB: Skype is only open and used for consultations, and is not monitored when not in use.)

Can I join the events and have a friend, or group participate with me?

Meditations, courses, or events are intended for individual use and spiritual practice. In the event you choose to engage in a meditation, course, or event within a collective setting, kindly extend your benevolence by acquiring a meditation, course, or event for each individual present. Should you wish to incorporate one of the meditations into your sacred gathering or spiritual retreat, I humbly request that you reach out to me for guidance and permission.

What is your refund policy?

We want to emphasise that all purchases are considered as valued commitments. Concerning meditations, courses or events purchases, please understand that they are non-refundable, as your investment helps support our mission and allows us to continue offering these transformative experiences.
