The summer solstice is not only a celebration of light, it can also be a powerful moment of transformation. With the sun at its highest and the natural world in full bloom, many feel a deep shift both inward and outward. It is a time to take stock, to step into the light with clarity, and to make space for growth and change. The energy of the day can feel bold and alive, stirring reflection, motivation, and a renewed sense of purpose. As the long light begins its slow turn toward darker days, the solstice invites us to stand fully present, to honour where we are, and to choose where we’re going next.
